 RFP For Marketing & Creative Services

METRO is soliciting proposals to select a consultant team to develop a marketing plan and provide creative/design services. In 2018, METRO will expand service through its Transit West project, in a partnership with the University of Southern Maine, which will be showcased on buses that highlight both brands, with USM developing its own marketing campaign and image. Transit West is scheduled to launch in August 2018. METRO is also undertaking a Rebranding and Image Campaign, which will replace its current 40-year-old branding. During the same time period, METRO is updating its current website. Consultant will be asked to develop creative applications that introduce these initiatives during spring and summer 2018.

Greater Portland Transit District is accepting proposal packages to provide professional website consultation and design services as described herein until Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. noon. Firms must be registered with the METRO Finance Office in order to submit a proposal. Receipt of this document directly from METRO indicates registration. BID FOR REPLACEMENT OF BUS GARAGE DOORS

METRO is soliciting bids for replacement garage doors at its buildings on Valley and St. John Streets. The work generally includes replacement of individual overhead sectional doors. METRO plans to replace 22 doors, depending on available funds. The start of work for this project is anticipated to be November 2017. Work must be completed and accepted by the owner not later than February 28, 2018. Bids will be accepted until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

NOTE: Bidders must be registered in order to bid and to receive addendum information. Bids from vendors not registered with the METRO Office may be rejected.
